french bread topped with cheese, tomato slices and onion. so expensive that it cost us 8 bucks for these 2 tiny slices of bread.

my beef stew. simon suggested that i have it with rice but i chose mashed potatoes instead.

Banana Leaf Restaurant @ Centre Point

went to this banana leaf rice restaurant for lunch with simon this afternoon. A special restaurant where u dont eat with plates. Instead, banana leaf is used. Rice, veggie and papadum (some indian keropok) is served on a big banana leaf. but the thing is, everything there is SPICY! so dont try if u cant eat spicy food.... :) papadum, bayam, potato with curry and fried bittergourd. everything is super spicy! (for me la, haha)

Chili's Restaurant

it's chili's! my favourite restaurant! went there with sis and bro last night cause bro came to kl and i figured i should treat him something nice... wahaha...

monterey chicken... the most ordinary food of the night.. poor a chuan... i love my lamb shoulder cause it's juicy and soft fresh... the mashed potato is the nicest of all mashed potato that i've tried in my whole life. the gravy was cooked with some cheese and unknown ingredients... kerry's beef and bacon burger. too big that he couldn't finish it ba.

my fav salad! i've always like caesar salad and always wanted to try make it myself but laziness has beaten me. i never even checked online for the recipe.. haha! will try it when i go back to miri....

went to some nice restaurants lately, and taken a few pictures of the food i had..

This is taken last semester after my final exam but i didn't have the chance to post it up.

Planet Hollywood, elaine's favourite restaurant.. My first time there but it kinda disappoint me. It was a set lunch and i chose this deep fried beef. Not so nice but the environment there was good.. It's closed and moving to a new place but i dont know where.. :(

This dessert comes along with the lunch set. It's vanilla pudding with caramel. Quite best but i think Fratini's beaten it.

Little Taiwan @ Avenue K

Erm, it's called claypot kueh tiaw with stewed beef i think, couldn't really remember... The raddish was so soft and the beef, it really melted once u put it in ur mouth u know... I love this dish. But according to my other friends, the other food there wasn't that nice so... ?

Manhattan Fish Market

One restaurant that gives me a lot of memories, went there quite often with simon long time ago. Celebrated my birthday, christmas and new year eve there before... hehe.

This is taken when i went there ALONE for lunch after shopping at the PC fair to get simon his stuffs. It cost me bloody 40 plus bucks!

Christmas dinner with classmates @ The Ship

My christmas dinner!! Grilled fish fillet. I wanted to order beef as i LOVE beef, but then i was super poor that day so i chose this which is half the price of the beef. Wish i had another chance to visit there again and i sure will try their steak this time!

Dinner at Sri Petaling golf club

these are the yummy food i had at the restaurant at sri petaling on friday... :)

kangkung belacan.. i dont know how describe it but the belacan just tasted differently from those i've eaten before...

salad prawn - nice dish but too little...

at first i dare not try this because it's tofu.. then GG told me to try as it does not have any weird smell like a tofu so i tried.. it was nice! sweet and sour chicken... not that nice because it is cooked using chicken breast and i dont really like it... owh!!!! the nicest fish... i love it! marmite crab... the most satisfying and delicious dish of all! i had a great night that night cause haven't eaten such a nice meal since god knows when.. haha...

Sundanese Restaurant

Just to show off to xiao yu and make her come kl... haha! Went to this restaurant at KLCC some times earlier.. The name is Sundanese Restaurant, both me and Simon thought it was some middle-east country restaurant with special food that we could try out... and when i look at the menu, it was all in Malay... and guess what, heard of the Pentas Sunda? haha... I was a bit disappointed at first, but when the food arrived, wow!!! The lime juice we ordered.. We were so stupid that we didn't notice the set dinner we ordered came with barley drink... and we wasted more than 10 bucks on these two... haha! it tasted nice though... The emping was some kind of Indonesian crackers i guess, the waiter served it when we first arrived, and when the bill came, we 're charged for this, and guess how much is it? RM5.90!!!! and the two barley drinks are at the back... haha! Barbecue chicken set with super duper fine rice, paku in some coconut milk and stuffed tofu... It didn't look that nice but the chicken, the sauce was so great! And here comes my dinner set, the beef rendang... First thought it would be very spicy but it wasn't, the beef wasn't too hard.. It was just soft enough and look at the barbecue squid at the side, i swear i've never eaten such delicious squid in my life! This deep fried fish was soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo nice! the sauce with so many unknown ingredients in it, fit perfectly with the fish.. although it cost us about 50 bucks for this one dish, we both think it was worth it... Xiao yu, how about it? haha....
